What has been your best experience with one of your fans or group of fans?
I launched a crowdfunding campaign in 2012 to fund my "Dust" record. It was a very stressful experience to go through since I did it through the "make it all or get nothing" platform of Kickstarter, but it brought me so much closer to my fans. I couldn't believe the generous outpouring of support and all the cool people I met through that process.

For other musicians like you, what is your best piece of advice?
Find your voice, find your sound and then find the people that like that music by playing as much as you possibly can (and yes, even for free at first). It's tempting to think "if I don't sound like Artist XYZ, no one will like me and I'll never make it." It's much easier to sustain a career on authenticity. And don't forget to shower your fans with gratitude!

How can those interested support you?
