Where to Turn to Learn About Skip Tracing

Are you familiar with skip tracing?  It’s really the practice of finding people who would rather not be found. Often those people owe money, or assets like a car.

Perhaps the car owner has defaulted on their loan and the car needs to be repossessed. A skip tracer may be hired to research information that when analyzed can lead to the whereabouts of the person responsible for the defaulted loan and/or the car to be repossessed.

Those who have a professional need to skip trace are usually small business owners who extend credit, process servers, debt collectors, private investigators, and bounty hunters, among others.

The Daily Skip is a website that helps teach others about skip tracing.

Valerie McGilvrey runs The Daily Skip. She has written a few books on the subject and offers training events to help others learn about skip tracing.

Be sure to check out The Daily Skip.
