What's interesting is that as a smoker she never thought about or cared much about the smell of smoke being on her clothes or the way that affected others. That's not because she was insensitive to it, but rather that she was so used to it herself that she didn't think about it.
That's just one example of how your smoking may affect others around you, but the real reason to quit smoking is for yourself. If you've come to the realisation that you no longer want to harm yourself with cigarettes then you've come to the place where you're ready to make the journey to quit.
